Canada and US Orders:
Canada:
Arctic Fame Diamonds offers free delivery within Canada for all orders. There is no minimum purchase amount. We ship all the orders within Canada for Free Of Charge.
USA:
We also offer Free Delivery for US orders, the minimum purchase amount is $500. If your order is less than $500, the flat shipping rate of USD 40.00 will be applied to your order. We Insure and register all items for their full value. In case of returning orders under $500 value pretax from USA , the return fee would be borne by the buyer and the customer is responsible to ship the item to Arctic Fame Diamonds at his/her own cost.
Once your order has shipped, It will take 3-5 business days for delivery.
Expedited Shipping For Canada and USA:
Canada
The Expedited shipping fee for Canadian orders (within 3 days for in-stock items) will be $34.95.
USA
If you want your order within 3 business days from the date of your order, the extra charge of USD 50.00 will be added to your order(This only applies to the in-stock items). You can still pay for expedited shipment for the special orders, or non-stock orders as well. In that case as soon as we get your item we will ship it with the expedited shipping service.
International Order:
For International orders we charge discounted Canada Post Rates. A case by case fee will be applied to your order at the check out. VAT, taxes or surcharges levied or charged by your country for any duties will be borne by the customer, so please check with local authorities prior to placing your order to confirm taxes and duties. For returning the International orders, the cost of return with Insurance is going to be borne by the buyer. Please let us know if you have any questions.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email of your tracking number.
Possible delays:
In case you experience some delays in your delivery, one of the following issues may have happened:
1- If we have out of stock styles, due to high demand of the product or during our special sales event. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible, and we will update you with the shipping information in that case.
2- During Christmas or any special events you may also experience some delays.
3- Orders requiring ring sizing will take longer time to be shipped.
Shipping Address and Billing Address:
The Shipping and Billing address should be the same. If you are willing to send your package to a different address than your billing address, as a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud, we will confirm that your financing company has this alternative address on the file. What you need to do before placing your order is to simply call them and provide them with your alternate shipping address.
Packing of diamonds and set rings:
Your diamond or engagement ring will be sent in our signature Fame Diamonds box designed elegantly and ready for your proposal with a valid certificate. The loose diamonds will be presented in the secured diamond case accompanied with the certificates.
